For instance, channeling positive energy towards your family will cause a positive flow that uplifts them. It's important to be deliberate about where we invest our time and energy. This principle also applies to my career; I need to believe in a company's or department's vision to align my energy with it. If it doesn't resonate with my spirit, I won't remain there. The phrase "Celebrate what you want to see more of" resonated with me when I first heard it. It's a powerful way to generate positive energy in your life. Every victory, no matter how small, should be celebrated. Whether it's acknowledgment in a meeting, an A on an assignment, or a simple "Thank you," these are all forms of positive energy—embrace and channel them!
Quiet The Mind
Quieting the mind is key to finding self-alignment. In today's world, we are constantly multitasking and must carve out time for ourselves. For many, the challenge is finding that time. Starting with small increments and gradually increasing them as possible is a practical approach. Use this time to identify what energizes and depletes you. Focus on doing more of what energizes you, creating the energy necessary to eliminate the draining elements. As you remove these aspects, you'll begin to feel more in tune with yourself.
